Shipping

All orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday. On average, all orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days pending availability and credit card verification.  Your orders will be consolidated into the fewest number of packages possible and may take longer to ship depending on product availability. 

Currently we do not offer international shipping.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

For GUARANTEED next day shipping options, the order must be received by 12 PM CST, and an additional fee of $10 will be applied to order

           

All orders are shipped via USPS/FEDEX/ UPS/DHL. Items shipped via USPS Priority mail 2-3 days after processing and payment has been received. Please allow 3-5 days to receive your order once it has shipped. Delivery time/days do not include Sunday and Holidays. You will receive a shipping tracking number once your item(s) have been shipped via e-mail.

 

Standard Ground U.S. Shipping (2-8 business days)

Prices starting at $7.95, depending on weight of shipment ordered.
U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or U.S. Postal Service. Most packages arrive within 2-8 business days. (not a guaranteed service)
 

Express U.S. Shipping (2-3 business days guaranteed)
Excluding weekends. Not available to P.O. Boxes.
Prices starting at $15.95 depending on weight of shipment ordered.

 

1-Business Day Shipping (1 business day guaranteed)
Order by 12 pm CST for delivery next business day.

Return

First Impression Collection will only accept for exchange, damaged or broken merchandise. This includes fragrance purchased

No Exception.

To exchange your item(s), contact First Impression Collection by email or LiveChat for further instructions.

All exchanges must be postmarked within (7) days, of authorized exchange contact call. With your authorized exchange, please include: Exchange authorization code and original receipt of purchase.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The customer will be responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

 

Cancellations 

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact our customer service department for additional assistance.

You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package or notification concerning your order.
